Our warranty applies solely to items manufactured by WholeGuns and covers defects in materials or workmanship when used as intended. We are committed to ensuring your gear performs as expected throughout its service life.

Lifetime Product Coverage

WholeGuns designs its holsters and accessories to withstand everyday use. If your holster, attachment, or magazine carrier experiences a failure due to normal, intended use, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

  • Warranty coverage applies to the lifetime of the product

  • Customer is responsible for shipping and handling costs

  • Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims

To begin a warranty request, please contact us through our website contact form. In some cases, we may request photos to evaluate the issue before determining whether a return is necessary.

Please note: Products that have been altered, modified, or subjected to misuse are not eligible for warranty coverage.

Hardware Replacement

If small hardware components such as screws or mounting parts are lost during normal use, we offer replacement hardware kits.

  • Replacement kits are provided at no cost

  • Customer is responsible only for shipping and handling


    30-Day Returns & Exchanges

    Purchases made directly through the WholeGuns website are eligible for our 30-day return or exchange period.

    If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may submit a return request within 30 days of delivery.

    Once the item is received and inspected, a full refund will be issued.

    Return conditions:

    • Items must be unused and in like-new condition

    • Products showing wear, damage, or signs of use will not be accepted

    • Custom color holsters are subject to a 15% restocking fee

 

What is not covered:

Intentional damage, chemical exposure, exposure to open flame or extreme temperature, normal wear and tear such as scuffs, scratches, and abrasions, second-hand purchases, non-authorized third-party retailers and discontinued product lines. Any modifications made to our product is not covered under warranty.
