WholeGuns Returns & Exchanges Policy

Returns:

We offer a 30 day return policy on all unused gear for a full refund, no questions asked. Returns requested after 30 days are only eligible for a replacement of the same item. Gift cards and Special Orders and Non-Refundable. 

-Returned Custom Holster Colors are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Refunds:

Once we receive your order and it is inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your return and approval or rejection of your return. If you are approved, your refund will be automatically processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment. (Credits may take up to 5 business days to reflect on your account).

Exchanges:

We will replace any holster that is found to be defective or damaged, for the life of the holster. 

Ordering/Shipping Issues:

If you need to exchange your holster due to an ordering/shipping issue, please initiate your exchange within 30 days of your purchase 

How to submit a return request:


1. Log in to your account:

2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.

3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.

4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.

5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.

6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.

7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.

8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, we will provide you with a return label. After the product is returned and inspected, we will issue a refund.
